🌞 The weather may have changed but we certainly enjoyed the recent warm weather!

😎 We are pleased to have air conditioning at Poplars and a shaded south facing garden which residents enjoy for activities, meal and socialising.

🌸 Residents got involved to plant and tender to our raised trough with support from the Management team. We can’t wait for the plants to bloom!

On Friday, we bid a fond farewell to Anne, the Homes activities coordinator. After nearly 12 years she had decided to move on and we can only thank her for her contribution and good work! ❤️

Please see below a message from Anne:

Dear all,

I wish to thank the Management and staff for helping me throughout the years I have been here. I have really enjoyed it. Poplars is a wonderful place to work, everyone is so friendly. Staff and residents-wise, although IT can be challenging, it is all worth it. I have really made good friends here and will miss you all, but I will not be a stranger. I will keep in contact and will come to visit the residents and staff. I am so sad I am leaving but I have decided to move on to new challenges d3spite I am getting older. I am looking forward to what the future holds for me. I wish you all well, and god bless you all. I wish to thank Management especially Julie for supporting me throughout my journey here.
