To celebrate Men’s Health Week, we want to raise the importance of checking your testicles for possible signs of cancer.

Usually done in the bath or shower, there’s an easy self-examination method which can help catch early signs of the disease. Catching it early makes it much easier to cure.

Simply roll each one between your thumb and finger and check for lumps and any changes in size. If you feel anything you’re not sure about, get it checked out.
