Looking for a quieter, calmer swimming environment? Our Inclusive Swimming sessions are specially designed for those living with disabilities or long-term health conditions.

A huge thank you to British Judo, Rushden and Higham Boxing Club, and our instructor Ashleigh, who trains at Matrix Gymnastics Club, for helping to make this event possible. Your generous support has allowed us to provide these amazing opportunities for local children, and we are incredibly grateful.
