🕯️ PARANORMAL INVESTIGATION & SEANCES A LITTLE NOTE FROM US
We absolutely love what we do. The atmosphere, the experiences, the questions, the unexpected moments and everything that comes with stepping into the paranormal.
But there is something I feel very strongly about when it comes to the paranormal, your headspace matters.
For me, seances, spirit communication and paranormal investigation aren't something you should turn to when you're feeling extremely low, overwhelmed, vulnerable or when life already feels like it's all over the place.
There is a fine line between exploring the paranormal and protecting your own mental and emotional wellbeing and that's something that should never be ignored.
This is especially important for young adults who may already be going through big transitions, struggling with life, finding their identity or trying to make sense of difficult emotions. Getting heavily involved in something as intense as paranormal activity while already feeling vulnerable can potentially have a real impact on how you process what you're experiencing.
That doesn't mean you shouldn't be curious. It doesn't mean you can't explore spirituality or the paranormal.
It simply means look after yourself first.
Before getting involved, ask yourself
Am I in a good and stable headspace?
Am I doing this because I'm genuinely interested, or because I'm looking for answers, comfort or an escape?
Can I separate what I experience from what's happening in my everyday life?
Do I have someone I trust to talk to if something unsettles me?
Am I protecting my own wellbeing & knowing when to step away?
There is nothing wrong with saying im not in the right headspace for this tonight.
In fact, sometimes that's the most responsible thing you can do.
Protect yourself and your wellbeing
As organisers, we have a responsibility too.
If we feel that taking part in a seance or paranormal investigation could negatively affect you or your wellbeing at that time, we will make the decision that it's not appropriate for you to attend.
That isn't us judging you, excluding you or telling you what to do it's us having your best interests at heart and we hope you would underst
