Your classes are brilliant! I wasn't sure about yoga at first, probably because I didn't know anything about it...but since coming to class the last two weeks I have felt significant benefits & improvements, also overall more flexibility. I've noticed that in the last week I have more energy, but in a positive way, instead of being rushed & anxious.
I have had some stress lately...but I have noticed a massive difference (lots of small changes which for me are huge).
Your teaching has made the difference. So, Thank you!!!❤️

A little bit about me…….
…. my name is Elaina but a lot of people call me Layla. I have practiced yoga for 28+ yrs - a very good friend introduced me all those years ago! I have a genuine passion for this ancient, wonderful practice which I ended up teaching almost by accident….so maybe that's fate.
Yoga has boundless benefits.
I feel very privileged to share the wonderful practice of yoga in my local community.
