Location: The Yoga retreat is tucked away in the seclusion of the beautiful Welsh hills, in Caersws, this will be our third time returning to this incredible place, the peace, serenity and nature here is like nothing else.

£355 YURT: sharing with 2 other wonderful women.
£385 per person: twin room. This is in the mezzanine so have to be okay with going up and down a ladder.

✨Back to Nature - A Summer Yoga Retreat
Friday 3rd- 5th July 2026 ✨

The retreat itself takes place in the warmth of summer, when nature is at its fullest. We’ll spend our days practising yoga, relaxing in the river side sauna, enjoying time outdoors, and giving ourselves the space to properly rest and reset.

Each day we’ll enjoy vibrant, seasonal meals — colourful, nourishing, and lovingly prepared — to refuel and restore. Evenings bring slower movement, gentle breathwork, and time to gather around wholesome food and good company as the day fades into golden light.

Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this retreat offers space to unwind and rediscover balance. Expect laughter, calm, and connection — with nature, with community, and with yourself.

Dates: Friday 3rd - 5th July 2026
