SPACE is a free support service for parents and carers of children and young people with SEND aged 0 to 25 in Essex.

It is led by Peer Educators who are parents and carers themselves, with lived experience of SEND. They understand the challenges and are here to help you navigate the journey.

Support is flexible and easy to access.

• you can speak one-to-one with a Peer Educator by phone
• join online webinars, meet them at local events
• find practical guidance on the website

Apologies for my lack of activity this last week. We lost a treasured member of the family over the weekend and it is currently a time of trying to navigate this grief, while trying to get on with life and work and all the commitments that come with this. Sessions have went ahead as normal, and will continue to, but then I will be taking a complete break in August so will schedule posts throughout but in terms of direct contact, this will be limited.

I hope you can understand and support that during this time.
