Another year older. Another chapter begins. 🧔

Birthdays have a funny way of making you stop and look back.

Not just at what you’ve achieved, but at who you’ve become.

Every year has brought something different. Some moments I never wanted to experience. Others I never thought I’d get to experience.

The challenges have changed me.
The people have changed me.
The experiences have changed me.

And honestly… I’m grateful for all of it.

Because every chapter has taught me something I couldn’t have learned any other way.

If there’s one thing I’ve learnt, it’s that growth isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about becoming more of who you really are.

So here’s to another chapter.
More adventures.
More learning.
More courage to keep saying yes to the things that scare me.

And more appreciation for this life and the people who share it with me.
Happy birthday to me. 🧔

One thing I’m always working on… 🧔🌺

I know that eating well is important, but I’ve learnt that food is only one piece of the puzzle.

When life gets busier or asks more of me, I don’t just think about nutrition. I make time for morning light, being outside, quality sleep, movement, slowing down and supporting my nervous system.

I’ve experienced first-hand how much this changes how I feel, function and show up each day.

I’m still learning. I’m still working on myself.

Because looking after my nervous system isn’t something I tick off once… it’s something I choose to prioritise every day.

If this sounds like you and you want to know more, send me a message and I’ll take it from there. 🧔

For a long time, I thought this was just how my body worked.

It wasn’t until I experienced Neuro Reset Technique myself that I realised how much our nervous system adapts to what we’ve been through.

That journey didn’t just change how I felt.

It changed the direction of my life.

Now I have the privilege of helping other people experience those same moments of realising their body is capable of more than they ever thought possible.

Sometimes, the biggest changes don’t come from doing more.

They come from helping your nervous system expect something different. 🧔

One challenge I’ll always be grateful I said yes to. 🧔
My London to Paris bike ride in memory of Ollie taught me more than I ever expected. šŸš²šŸ’™

Not just physically, but emotionally too.

It showed me how far I had come and reminded me that I was capable of far more than I’d ever given myself credit for… even when my legs (and let’s be honest, my buttocks) were questioning every life decision I’d ever made.

There were moments that were tough, moments that were emotional, and moments that felt impossible… mainly when the hills appeared out of nowhere like they had a personal vendetta against me 🫣

I also had the company of four men… three riding alongside me and one hero driving behind us stocked up with enough meat snacks to feed a small army. Honestly, morale was questionable at times, but the snack situation was elite.

But crossing that finish line gave me a huge appreciation for what my body is capable of, how adaptable it has become and how much resilience can be built over time.

And if I’m being completely honest… I still can’t quite believe I actually did it. It’s something I’ve never done before, and there were definitely moments I wasn’t convinced I’d make it.

Looking back, I realise this ride wasn’t just about getting to Paris.

It was about proving to myself that I could do hard things… even when my legs were screaming and my saddle felt like it had personally betrayed me.

It became another chapter that shaped the person I am today.

And it’s a reminder that sometimes the challenges we’re most afraid of become theg ones we’re most grateful we said yes to. 🧔

For three weeks, Louise had been living with migraines, head pain and eye pain.

She’d been through tests but still didn’t have any answers.

The message she sent me the day after her session says it all. 🧔

Seeing someone feel clearer, more comfortable and more like themselves again is something I’ll never take for granted.

Every person and every journey is different, but moments like this are exactly why I love what I do.

If you’ve been struggling with migraines, headaches or eye pain, I’d love to hear from you.

Send me a message and I’ll take it from there

Today was a reminder that no matter how much I know about the nervous system, I’m still human.
Life has felt a little heavier lately, and I can feel my body responding.

Not with pain.

But with tension.

It’s like I’m wearing a protective armour all day without even realising it.

For years, this was my normal. My way of getting through life. Stay busy. Keep going. Don’t stop long enough to feel.

The difference now is that I notice it.

I understand why my body is doing it, and I know I have a choice.

I know that if I want my body to keep supporting me, I have to support it too.

Not by doing more.

By slowing down.

By giving myself permission to rest, recover and regulate.

Because rest isn’t being lazy.

It’s how our body restores, adapts and builds the capacity to deal with everything else life asks of us.
So that’s my reminder to myself.

To soften.

To let go of the armour I no longer need.

To create moments every day where my body knows it’s safe enough to truly relax.

Because the healthier my nervous system is, the better I can show up for myself, the people I love, and everyone who trusts me to help them.

Maybe this is your reminder too.

What does your body need a little more of right now? 🧔

I think one of the biggest things I’ve had to learn is that I can’t want change more than someone else does.

When someone reaches out to me, I don’t just see another enquiry.

I see someone who’s been struggling, who’s looking for answers and hoping life could feel different.

Of course I want to help everyone.

But the reality is, not everyone is ready for change šŸ‘€

Some people choose a different path.
Some people aren’t in a position to invest in themselves yet.
Some people just aren’t ready.

Whilst I completely respect that, it doesn’t mean I stop caring.

The reality of running a business like mine is that I carry people’s stories with me. I celebrate every breakthrough, every message saying they can move better, sleep better, or do something they never thought they’d do again.

I genuinely care about every person who reaches out, whether they become a client or not.

Because at the end of the day, this isn’t just my business. It’s something I truly believe in, because I’ve experienced the power of it myself.

And seeing someone get their life back… that’s the best part of what I do. 🧔

Genuinely… I never thought I’d be here…

Standing in front of a room full of women this month, talking about Neuro Reset Technique and having so many amazing conversations afterwards, I had one of those moments where I stopped and reflected.

Just never really thought this would be my path.

When I first went for NRT myself, I was simply looking for answers. I wanted to feel stronger, healthier and more like me again.

Never in a million years did I think that one decision would completely change the direction of my life.

Now, I get to stand in front of rooms full of people, share something I’m so passionate about, and help others realise they don’t have to just accept feeling stuck in their own body.

That feels incredibly special.

One thing I heard over and over again this month was, ā€œI just thought this was normal.ā€

I know that feeling, because I used to accept things in my own body too.

That’s why I love what I do so much. Every conversation is an opportunity to help someone see that things can change.

If my own journey has taught me anything, it’s that sometimes the decision you make for yourself ends up becoming the thing that allows you to help so many others. 🧔

One of my chapters that shaped who I am today. 🧔

My wedding day.

One of the happiest days of my life.

We made it completely about us. It was personal, full of love, laughter and the people who mattered most.

Although Ollie is no longer here, his impact never left. šŸ’™āœØ

The way he lived, the way he loved, his sense of fun, adventure and not taking life for granted still influences me every day.

He shaped so much of who I am now and how I choose to live my life. To make memories. To find joy in the little things. To say yes to experiences. To laugh more. To be grateful for what I have, rather than focusing on what I don’t.

Looking back, I realise this chapter didn’t end when the day was over.

It became part of the person I am today. 🧔

For years, I pretty much accepted back pain was just part of my life 😫

I stretched it.
I ignored it.
I accepted it.

Now I don’t even think about my back.

That change didn’t come from chasing the pain. It came from helping my nervous system organise and adapt differently.

If you’re still living with back pain and wondering if this is just how life is now… it doesn’t have to be 🧔
