💚 Monday's Radwinter Recreation Ground and Pavilion 6.30pm -7.30pm
Ease into the week, bringing calm to the mind and building energy for the week ahead.

🩵 Friday's Pampisford Village Hall 6.30pm -7.30pm
Close the week, letting go of stress, releasing the body and resetting for the weekend.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASSES?

🌀 Relax the mind a body at the start with a gentle guided breathwork, giving you time to settle in the body and calm the nervous system.

🌸️ Moving and flowing through postures intuitively, guided by the breath and working with your body's rhythm. We will cultivate strength, restore mobility and create space to increase flexibility.

✨️ Ending with a guided meditation. To leave you feeling centred, calm and restored.

The classes are open to all levels with smaller class numbers so I can truly support everyone.

My classes are a safe nurturing space, for you to discover movment, breath and meditation. No exceptions, no pressure of right and wrong poses just time to nourish your body on all levels 🙏🏻

Your evening yoga class 🙏🏻🩵

Hi I'm Vicky. I would love to welcome you to my weekly yoga classes held in the beautiful villages of Radwinter and Pampisford 🌿

What can you expect from a class?

🌀Each class will start with a gentle guided breathwork, giving you time to settle in the body and calm the nervous system.

🌸️We will explore movements intuitively, guided by the breath and working with your body's rhythm. To cultivate strength, restore mobility and create space to increase flexibility.

✨️Then ending each class with guided pranayama and meditation. To leave you feeling centred and ready to move through your week.

The class is open to all levels with an intimate class so I can truly support every one of you.

Sometimes simple is best - one conscious breath allowing the body and mind to let go. It's incredibly how quickly you can reset, return the to present and feel grounded once more.

I use these simple check ins a few times most days. It can be done anywhere, at any time (no one will notice). Creating a feeling of release and calm you can carry on with you.

1) FEET : Hip width apart, feel your feet on the ground, evenly distribute your weight from the heel, down the pink toe edge and across to the ball of the foot. Grounding through the sole.

2) KNEES : Release the knee joint, soften and feel a small gentle bend.

3) BUM AND HIPS : Let go of the glutes (you'll be suprised how often they hold tension). Find a neutral position with the hips, perhaps with a small tuck of the tail bone as if it is slightly weighted. Allow the pelvis to feel light.

4) SPINE : Grow the spine long as though suspended from above. Feel a sense of growing taller while simultaneously drawing awaness down imagining roots travelling from the feet.

5) SHOULDERS : Allow the shoulders to drop (again notice how they hold) so you find spaciousness around the neck. Maybe let the chin tuck slightly so the back of the neck lengthens.

6) BREATH : Inhale and slow exhale through the nose.

See how the body feels now. Resting in this place of awarness and tranquility.

Build strength across the whole body, restore mobility, joint health, flexibility and balance.

Discover the power of the breath with gentle pranayama to balance the nervous system, anchor and calm the mind.

Cultivate peace through nurturing guided meditation.

Find a smile and laughter. There is always some laughter in my classes (often as I laugh at myself getting confused, saying something silly or wobbles) but to laugh with ones self creates such a sens of ease and release. We are all a work in progress so let yourself be light.

🌿 Small class numbers for a more supportive, friendly and calming atmosphere

🌿 Start with guided breathwork and body scan to soften into the space.

🌿 Moving slower with controlled awareness.

🌿 Fluid flows in time with the breath - a moving meditation.

🌿 Pauses in posture to build strength and alignment.

🌿 Intergrating the body for strength, flexibility, mobility, joint health, balance and steadying the mind.

🌿 Ending each class with a guided meditation so you leave feeling calmer, lighter and ready for the week.

🌿 On sit parking, toilets and all kit provided.

The class is accessible for all levels to find the movement that is right for you.

The best way to start the week. Gifting yourself an hour to restore, strengthen and nourish your body and mind ✨️

Yoga every Monday 6.30pm - 7.30pm Radwinter Recreation Ground and Pavilion

Scaravelli inspired classes where you move intuitively in strong gentle flows. Always finding the postures in a way that feels best for you.

Taking time at the start of the class to relax with pranayama (breath work).

Ending each class with a guided meditation to leave you feeling at peace and ready to carry this calm into the rest of the week.

Small class numbers so everyone is supported within an intimate, kind and understanding atmosphere.

Take time to be in the space inbetween. Our lives are so busy, we rarely have space without stimulation, notifications and everyday tasks. But between action and thought lives an eternity of calm. We glimpse our true self and a peace which is always residing within ✨️

TRY THIS :
Take a few slow steps, immersing yourself in the space between each step and drop into the moments of pause between each breath (inhale and/or exhale).
