Some crystals feel like a deep breath for the heart. 💗

Rhodochrosite is often known as the Stone of the Compassionate Heart. Associated with self love, emotional healing and joy, its energy encourages us to reconnect with ourselves and the things that truly matter.

It reminds us that our worth is already ours.

That joy deserves a place in our lives.

And that opening our hearts to love, kindness and possibility can change how we experience the world around us.

A beautiful companion for anyone seeking greater self compassion, emotional balance and a deeper connection with themselves.

Perhaps that's why so many people find themselves drawn to Rhodochrosite exactly when they need its energy most.

You’ve become so good at taking care of everyone else that you’ve lost sight of what you need.

The people around you see someone capable. You often feel overwhelmed, overstretched and responsible for far more than any one person should carry.

Being the person everybody relies on can feel rewarding.

It can also feel exhausting.

This carousel explores five signs that you’ve become the organiser, supporter, problem solver and emotional safety net for everyone around you.

You might recognise more of them than you’d like.

Which one hit hardest?

Save slide 7 for when you need to hear it and download my free guide, Transform Your Everyday, for five simple ways to reconnect with yourself during a busy week.

You’ve become so good at carrying everything that most people have stopped noticing how heavy it is.

You don’t need to hold everything together for everyone.

If you’re tired of being the strong one all the time and would like to explore what life could feel like carrying less, message me SELFMORE.

She looked like she was thriving.

Always showing up online. Always keeping things moving. The business looked successful, the family looked happy, the diary looked full, and from the outside it genuinely seemed like she had everything under control.

But the truth was that she was exhausted.

She was constantly thinking about what needed doing next, constantly carrying the emotional weight of everyone and everything around her, and despite how much she achieved, she still somehow never quite felt good enough.

She couldn’t switch off properly. She struggled to rest without guilt. Even the moments that were meant to feel relaxing often still felt mentally loud.

And the thing she kept saying over and over again was, “I just don’t have the time.”

Time for herself.
Time to slow down.
Time to breathe.
Time to even think clearly some days.

But eventually she realised that continuing exactly as she was also came with a cost.

So she committed to my Learn to Meditate course.

Just 45 minutes once a week, for 8 weeks.
Just five minutes a day to begin building a practice that actually fit into real life.

Not to become a completely different person.
Not to suddenly float through life feeling zen all the time.
Just to feel more steady within herself again.

She started understanding what her nervous system had been doing for years. Why she always felt “on edge.” Why her mind struggled to rest. Why she felt emotionally overwhelmed by things that never used to affect her in the same way.

And over that 8 weeks, things began to change.

She slept through the night properly for the first time in years.
She started meeting situations with more calm and less panic.
She found herself laughing more.
Feeling clearer.
Feeling lighter.
Actually enjoying moments instead of rushing through them mentally thinking about the next thing.

Life didn’t suddenly become perfect.

But she finally felt like she was living it instead of just surviving it.

Learn to Meditate begins on 2nd June.

If this feels familiar, message me LTM and I’ll send you the details.

Join me this World Meditation Day for a special meditation in support of young people’s mental health.

On Thursday 21st May at 8pm, I’ll be holding a special online meditation in support of YoungMinds. YoungMinds are working to ensure that young people experiencing mental health challenges can access support earlier, feel heard, and know they are not alone.

This session will be offered on a dana basis, with donations going directly to YoungMinds.

Meditation reminds us that awareness, presence, and community matter. Especially in the lives of young people navigating an increasingly full and pressured world.

💜 Everyone who donates will also be entered into a special giveaway.
There are 5 gifts available:

✨ 1 place on my Learn to Meditate course beginning 2nd June 2026

✨ 4 complimentary one month subscriptions to Club Med

🙏 These offerings can be enjoyed yourself or gifted to a friend or loved one.

Let’s come together to practice, connect, and support young people’s mental health.

If you would like to join us, you can book your place now. To gift a donation, simply select the “Pay What You Want” option on the booking page.

A lot is happening inside mind body SELF this week and it feels like such a lovely reflection of what this community has become. A space to learn, practise, reconnect, explore, and support both yourself and others.

Inside Club Med, we continue with our regular live meditation sessions throughout the week. A place to return to, breathe, reset, and build consistency in real life.

Our Learn to Meditate course also begins soon, with early bird pricing ending at midnight on 19th May. If you join our newsletter community before then, you can also receive 3 months of Club Med included as a bonus, giving you ongoing support while your practice becomes part of everyday life.

For World Meditation Day, I’ll also be holding a special online meditation on a dana basis in support of YoungMinds. A chance to come together in practice whilst raising funds for young people’s mental health support.

Next weekend is Reiki One (Shoden), and I’m so looking forward to teaching this beautiful practice again. We also have a special refresher offering available at a significantly reduced rate for those already trained who would like to reconnect with Reiki practice and community again. The full weekend includes training, manuals, attunements, and your 21 day cleanse journey.
Alongside all of this, we still have holistic therapy appointments available on Monday and Bank Holiday Monday, including massage, Reiki, crystal healing, and sound healing sessions.

Lots of ways to connect with yourself this week.Lots of ways to begin.Lots of ways to continue.

Heather 🙏💜✨
