Ten years ago I left teaching burnt out, and I told myself I was done.
Back in June I ran a vision day with a school's leadership team, and something in me lit up that surprised me. This week I went back and delivered a full training session for the whole staff team, on how to hold difficult conversations with confidence.
I'm not the person who left that classroom. Everything since, the burnout, the years in the wellness space learning how the nervous system actually works, my NLP training and coaching qualification, came together this week into a workshop that felt powerful and practical and completely mine. Delivering it felt right in a way I wasn't expecting.
I'm not sure yet exactly what this next chapter looks like, and I'm letting myself sit in that rather than rushing to define it. Stepping back into education, in this new way, feels good.
