I just wanted to share some info on the up and coming workshop/sound healing journey.

I created this experience because I am passionate about energy and the chakra system. I wanted to put together something that would truly benefit people and help them keep their energy aligned in a world full of constant stress, pressure, and things that are pulling us out of balance.

I wanted to offer a place where people could come and feel an active difference — in their energy, their mind, and their physical body.

I have seen so many people struggling, and it is no secret that our inner world is creating the outer world that we live in. If we balance our inner world, the outer world reorganises.

This layered activation system is something I originally put together for myself and I have found it to be a profound way of shifting your energy frequency quickly — with effects that last long after you leave.

Here is how the will journey unfold:

We begin by mapping your own energy system. You arrive with awareness of where you are, what is calling for your attention, and a personal intention to carry through the entire experience.

From there we move into the active layering a powerful combination of practices working together to balance and activate each chakra. With each layer building upon the last, you can actually feel your vibration shifting and aligning in real time.

Finally, you are guided into a deeply relaxing crystal singing bowl sound bath — where you simply rest, receive, and let the bowls work their magic on your nervous system, continuing and deepening the balance already set in motion.
