Looking forward to our second walk tomorrow. All welcome. We meet at Highfield Park visitor centre 10.45 -11 am and take a gentle stroll around the beautiful countryside for an hour then have tea, coffee and treats in the centre for an hour afterwards. A time to reflect, to chat, to unapologetically take some time out for yourself and your own feelings. Weather looks good 😊
