I'm not a huge fan of public speaking, particularly in front of large crowds and haven't done any for quite some time. So, when asked to host a talk for Cornish Kelpie Open Water Swim Coaching, of course I said "yes!". I think I pulled off a decent effort. Definitely not as good as Lizzie from the JB Physio - Injury Rehabilitation Specialist team. She put on a fantastic talk regarding body movement, breathing techniques, staying fit and strong for not just swimming but life in general... A fantastic evening and great set up at JB Physio's new premises.

Hi all. My local beach needs your help! Unfortunately lives were lost here last year despite my nephew Jago managing to get a casualty back to the beach and attempt resuscitation. We have started a Surf Lifesaving club and ran patrols last summer. 35 years since I lifeguarded there! We need a club house with rescue equipment and facilities for our nippers and local community. See message below. Any help would be most appreciated.

Mawgan Porth Life Saving Club which has an ever expanding local childrens/teenagers membership, is launching a crowdfunder to help fund a vital, permanent lifesaving clubhouse base on Mawgan Porth beach.

I have had a number of clients this week with pain and loss of spinal movement in their upper back & lower neck. It is the hardest place to isolate movement so I asked Jack to demo one of several good mobility exercise for you to try. Great for swimmers & surfers or desk based workers. Enjoy!
