Just to let everyone know, the week starting May 4th I will be reducing my availability for sports massage going forward.

The new time slots will be:

Tuesday evenings at Mearns Fitness
17.30 - 20.30 (4 slots)

Friday mornings at St Cyrus
09.00 - 12.30 (4 slots)

Apologies for any inconvenience caused!

The reason for this is that I have recently received my Osteomyologist certificate and I will be working using the Activator method of chiropractic along side a wonderful team at Total Balance Spinal Health in Stonehaven.
I am very excited to embark on this new journey and also sad that I may not be able to see as many of you as I recently have.
Thank you to everyone who has booked in and helped me to build on the business. I am eternally grateful!
