Realized that I am a bit rubbish at keeping this page up to date. I am still working from home and trying to keep my therapy affordable for all. I have had to raise my prices a little, £30 for the first consultation and session and £25 after that, If you have a health problem or are feeling stressed or anxious why not come and have some " you time" . Reflexology can help the body and mind heal and is like having a full body massage without taking your clothes off! After nearly 30 years of practice it still manages to amaze me with it's efficacy. I am based in St Day. Why not give it a try?

Hi everyone, it's been too long since I have been able to practice but the good news is I am open for business once again. For the moment I am just going to be seeing clients on Fridays but obviously if I can't fit you in I will extend my days again. Because I work from home I can continue to keep my sessions affordable and accessible to everyone. Please message me if you would like to make an appointment or get more information.

Hi , haven't posted for a while. Thanks to everyone who has supported me and the really positive feedback I have had . I have a few spaces in my diary at the moment if you would like to come along either for help with a specific problem or just for some lovely relaxing "you time" .
