We will spend two days hosting a beautiful ceremony and birthing our drums. There are options to personalise your drum by adding crystals to the handles and symbols to the rim.

I will be giving a lesson with a take home booklet on shamanism and the shamanic drum.
We will end our birthing ceremony weekend with a journey to connect with the spirit of your drum and discover its name.

The workshop cost is £290*

Places are limited on this weekend and so we ask for a £50 none refundable deposit to secure your space.

Right, what’s this all about then?

Well, I really can’t help myself. So last week me and Diane went over the Clegg for a solstice sound bath. We met a good few dog walkers, fishermen and some lovely teenagers who came and sat with us for an hour.

One of the fishermen asked was this the “Cleggatation?” 😆 As soon as I heard it the cogs started turning in my head. 🙈

Then I started to get messages from people asking for dates for the next one.
And as we all know…

I GO WHERE I AM SENT!

I have been a sound healer for over 5 years and as well as my drumming circles I used to host regular sound baths. I have many instruments including a beautiful crystal harp and drums.
But I didn’t have a set of crystal singing bowls.

Diane, very kindly left her bowls with me to use for myself this week and (as ste predicted) I realised,

I need my own 😂

So, they are coming on Thursday 🙈

But, soon as I ordered them I started thinking about a Cleggatation. So I have decided that I will go over the clegg with some of my instruments and I will let you join me if you like.

I’m doing this for me, sound healing is helping me so much right now as I am struggling with grief, peri menopause and life in general.

I’m reaching into my own tool kit and practicing what I preach. Im getting help too, I’m starting some bereavement counselling and talking therapies.

Sound and frequency healing is helping me to switch off, so the Cleggatation sound baths are for my mental health.

That doesn’t mean I won’t share them, because as they are helping me, they can help others too.
But, because they are for me, I’m not setting a price to join, everyone is welcome, for free.

I’ll be over the Clegg in thatto Heath for an hour if you want to join me.

If you would like to leave a donation it will be appreciated but defiantly not expected. (I know people like to have an exchange of energy)

The first one will be next Wednesday evening
July 1st at 6.30pm. (Weather permitting)
I’ll be playing my new bowls and of course fillipo. (If he decides to join in) ❤️
