A little reminder this weekend of what real progress might look or feel like when you are working on yourself.
Yes, setting goals can help. As can gratitude and manifesting. It's all about creating your own toolbox of strategies and coping skills.
By becoming more curious about your own thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, you can change things up for the better and break free of patterns that don't serve you anymore.
It doesn't stop the s**t things happening, as that's life, and that's adulting. Some things are out of our control.
But you can bounce back if you are a little kinder and compassionate to yourself and you choose how to respond.
I am looking forward to my week ahead in private practice. Im seeing 3 long-term clients, meeting 4 new clients who have chosen to work with me, and I have a little teams catch up with a local charity CEO to explore how we can collaborate & work together again.
