It is actually really important.

Lots of infections, including chlamydia, can have zero symptoms and still cause a lot of problems. Your past partners, if they don't know that they're at risk for infection, are potentially passing on the infection to their partners. It's important to let anyone at risk know if you test positive, but don’t worry we can do it for you.

We will NEVER tell them who was positive for the infection. We just want you, and your partners to get treatment so neither of you pass on the infection to someone else.
