βœˆοΈπŸš— Ready for a summer adventure? Don't let a respiratory condition stop your child from making amazing memories! πŸ’™

Whether you're heading to the beach, exploring the countryside, or travelling abroad, a little planning can help keep your child's breathing on track.

🌟 Travel checklist:
βœ… Pack enough medication for the whole trip (plus a little extra!)
βœ… Keep inhalers and medications in your hand luggage or within easy reach
βœ… Carry your child's asthma or respiratory action plan
βœ… Check the weather, pollen levels, and air quality at your destination
βœ… Encourage regular hydration and rest breaks
βœ… Know where to access medical care if needed

With the right preparation, children with respiratory conditions can enjoy every adventure with confidence. Safe travels, happy memories, and lots of smiles await! πŸŒπŸ’š

πŸ–€πŸ§‘ Today marks the start of a new chapter in su***de bereavement support across Cheshire & Merseyside.

If you've been bereaved by su***de, you don't have to face it alone.

From today, The Martin Gallier Project, in partnership with Alfie's Squad, will begin delivering the Cheshire & Merseyside Su***de Bereavement Service.

By combining our expertise, we are dedicated to ensuring that every person who has experienced su***de bereavement has immediate access to non-clinical support, with no waiting lists, no criteria and no barriers to access.

Whether your loss was yesterday or a decade ago, support is available. Grief doesn't follow a timeline, and it's never too early or too late to reach out.

Making a referral is simple:
πŸ–€ Follow the link in our bio to our website
πŸ–€ Click Access Help
πŸ–€ Complete our referral form in around 3 minutes

Once we receive your referral, a member of our Su***de Bereavement Team will contact you within 24 hours to begin understanding your needs and discussing the most appropriate support.

Working together for those affected by su***de loss πŸ§‘πŸ–€
