But reflexology and a foot massage aren’t actually the same thing.

During a reflexology treatment, gentle pressure is applied to specific areas of the feet known as reflex points. In reflexology practice, these points are traditionally considered to correspond with different areas of the body.

But you don’t need to know anything about reflexology — or even believe in all the theories behind it — to enjoy the treatment.

😻 Imagine feeling THIS relaxed… 💜☁️

When was the last time you properly switched off?

Not “I’m sitting down but mentally going through tomorrow’s to-do list” switched off…

When we’re stressed, our bodies release cortisol, often called the “stress hormone”. Cortisol is completely normal and plays an important role in the body — but ongoing stress can leave us feeling tense, overwhelmed and struggling to switch off.
