💚 You may have noticed I’ve been a little quiet on social media recently…

Sadly, our beautiful Mum passed away earlier this week.

As I spend some time with my family and navigate the days ahead, there may be a slight delay in responding to messages. Thank you so much for your patience, understanding and the kindness so many of you have already shown. It truly means more than I can put into words.

If I’ve had to postpone your appointment, I will be in touch as soon as I can to rearrange it.

This was especially wonderful to hear as it was this client’s very first visit. Often during an initial appointment, clients may not be able to relax as deeply as they could, simply because everything is new; there can be uncertainty about what to expect, we’re still getting to know each other and sometimes a few natural nerves too.

I’m incredibly humbled that this client was not only able to relax so deeply, but was genuinely surprised by it herself. Moments like these mean so much to me. 🙏🏻

Reflexology works by applying pressure to specific points on your feet that are linked to different organs… so yes, technically a “foot rub” can help your whole body chill out! 🙏🏻

Joking aside, it’s a lot more than a foot rub - it’s a trained technique based on mapped reflex points on the feet that are believed to correspond with different areas of the body. It’s a structured practice with specific training behind it 😊

Many people find it deeply relaxing and supportive for stress relief, tension, pain and so much more 💚
