MEET YOUR THERAPIST 👋
Hi, I’m Craig.
If you’re new to my page, I thought I’d introduce myself.
I’m a Level 4 Soft Tissue Therapist with a BSc (Hons) in Sport Science, and I’ve spent over 15 years working in the health, fitness and sports industry, helping people recover from injury, move better and stay active.
Throughout my career I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of people, including:
🏃 English Football League and Women’s Super League referees
🏑 The Australian Women’s Hockey Team (Hockeyroos)
🩰 Dancers from The Royal Ballet
🎬 Professional stunt performers
🏋️ Everyday gym-goers, runners, cyclists and active individuals
While those experiences have been fantastic, the majority of my work is with people who simply want to feel and move better.
Whether that’s:
✔ Running without recurring calf pain
✔ Getting through a working day without neck or back discomfort
✔ Recovering after the gym
✔ Preparing for a sporting event
✔ Staying active as you get older
My aim is always the same—to understand what’s causing your symptoms and tailor treatment to help you achieve your goals.
Every appointment starts with a conversation about your symptoms, lifestyle, work and activity levels. Where appropriate, I’ll assess how you’re moving before deciding on the most suitable treatment. No two people are the same, so every session is personalised.
📍 If you’re in St Neots or the surrounding villages, I offer mobile appointments, bringing professional soft tissue therapy to the comfort of your home.
📍 If you’re in London, you can book a clinic appointment at Pure Sports Medicine in Kensington, where I work alongside a multidisciplinary team supporting everyone from office workers to recreational and elite athletes.
No matter where I see you, my goal is simple:
To help you move better, recover well and get back to doing the things you enjoy.
Thanks for supporting my business—it genuinely means a lot.
I’d love to get to know you too.
👇 Tell me in the comments:
Where are you following from—London or St Neots? And what activity do you enjoy most?
