Keeping up with the Amberley.

We started the week on a positive note with a Monday morning meditation session, followed by a relaxing pamper session with our hairdresser. Residents then enjoyed a variety of games and activities before ending the day by watching *Mary Poppins* in our cinema room.

Today’s activities included Musical Bingo, gentle balloon exercises, creative ping pong, and a game of dominoes. It was a fun-filled day enjoyed by all our residents.

Keeping up with the Amberley.

We started the day with a tea and coffee morning, providing newspapers and offering one-to-one engagement with residents. Several residents also enjoyed spending time in the garden, including one resident with a keen interest in gardening who helped water the flowers and plants. Throughout the day, residents participated in games of dominoes and Rummikub with staff and family, promoting social interaction, enjoyment, and cognitive stimulation.

Keeping up with the Amberley.

We started the day with a lively game of balloon tennis, where everyone enjoyed keeping the balloons in the air and cheering one another on. This was followed by a fun game of Misfits, filled with laughter, teamwork and plenty of friendly competition. We ended our day with a cheerful sing-along, where everyone joined in with their favourite songs, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere to finish the day.

Keeping up with the Amberley

Another lovely day at the Amberley today. We started the morning with some gentle armchair exercises, helping everyone feel energised and ready for the day ahead.

A big thank you to the families who joined our residents for a fun afternoon of dominoes — it was wonderful to see such healthy competition and so many smiles. We also enjoyed seeing families spending quality time together in the garden.

We look forward to many more special moments together.
