🎮 What an incredible place!

Our Director, Rebecca, recently visited the Everybody Can gaming centre and was genuinely amazed by the fantastic work happening there.

Everybody Can supports adults and young people with additional needs, helping them enjoy gaming through adapted equipment and assistive technology. The centre offers a wonderfully inclusive space where everyone can take part, have fun, build confidence and connect with others. 💙

It was especially lovely to be invited by one of our own care team members, who volunteers at the centre. We’re so proud to have such caring people on our team!

Rebecca left feeling truly inspired—and she’s already thinking about a fun fundraising opportunity that could get the whole team involved in supporting this amazing charity. Watch this space! 👀

Here is Brigita, our brilliant Care Manager, proving that who needs an umbrella when you’ve got a high-fashion, 100% waterproof apron hood? It may not be hitting the runways anytime soon, but it gets top marks for creativity, practicality, and keeping dry! 😂

Rain or shine, nothing stops Brigita and the team from showing up, supporting one another, and delivering exceptional care to those who need us. A little bad weather is no match for great teamwork, quick thinking, and a good sense of humour. 💪

Karen has been a dedicated member of the Bluebird Care Trafford family for an incredible 11 years! 💙🌟

She is such a valued member of our team, supporting our regular domiciliary care customers while also being a huge support to our Children's Services, particularly during the busy school holidays. 👏💙

Her flexibility, commitment and caring nature have made such a difference to so many people over the years, and we're incredibly lucky to have her. 🥰

💙 Trusted care. Lasting relationships. 💙

We may only see this lovely lady every four weeks now, but the relationship we've built over the years remains just as special. 🥰

Before moving into a care home, our team supported her every day. Although her circumstances have changed, the trust and connection haven't. She continues to choose Bluebird Care to support her with regular hospital appointments. 🏥🤝

For us, that's what great care is all about—relationships that go beyond a care visit and trust that continues even when someone's care journey changes. 💙

We're incredibly proud that she still chooses us to be by her side when she needs that extra support.

💙 Sometimes, all someone needs is a listening ear. 💙

Recently, one of our customers was feeling particularly emotional and needed a little extra help. When our Director, Rebecca contacted her, she simply took the time to listen. 👂💕

Rebecca then went out of her way to offer some additional help and support. Our customer was so grateful that she became tearful. When Rebecca checked she was okay, she explained they were simply tears of emotion because of the kindness she had been shown. 🥹💙

It was a lovely reminder that making a difference doesn't always require a grand gesture.

Sometimes it's giving someone your time.
Sometimes it's listening.
Sometimes it's simply showing that you care. 🤝💙

Never underestimate the power of a listening ear and a little kindness. ✨

☀️💙 What a summer it's been for our Children's Services! 💙☀️

The school holidays always mean lots more hours of support are needed, and our amazing care team have really stepped up! 👏🌟 Thanks to their flexibility and commitment, we've been able to give parents the support they need while helping the children and young people we support have a summer packed with fun and new experiences. 🥰

And they've certainly been busy! 🚗✨

These trips are about so much more than a day out. They're opportunities to build confidence, develop independence, experience new things and make some fantastic memories. 💙
