Living with ongoing knee pain can make even simple, everyday activities feel more difficult.

Arthrosamid® injections offer a non-surgical option for people with knee osteoarthritis, designed to help reduce pain and improve movement.

The treatment works by cushioning the joint, supporting smoother movement and helping to ease discomfort over time.

Our Orthopaedic Consultants here at Oaklands Hospital will guide you through your options and help you decide what’s right for you.

✨Meet the team Monday✨

I am Sophie Goodman, and I have been employed at Oaklands Hospital for the past ten years, during which time I have undertaken a variety of roles. I initially started my career as a Healthcare Assistant within Theatres, a position I found both engaging and rewarding. I then moved into the role of Theatre Administrator, which I held until last year.

My current position is Clinical Governance Administrator, a role I greatly enjoy. I take particular satisfaction in contributing to structured processes, supporting patient safety, and making a positive difference to patient care.

Oaklands Hospital is an excellent place to work, as we work collaboratively as a team to deliver high-quality care and achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients.
