Super day training yesterday with a brand new initiative created and piloted by Bandrum Nursing Home.

Always striving to be the best employers we can be for incredible team of staff , our “ Reducing Cultural Bias” training is a really thought provoking experience.

And our cafe is the perfect venue, if you are looking for a space to hold trainings or meeting it is available to hire so please do ask when you are next in.

Celebrating National Friendship Day in the cafe this week.
It’s special to see how relationships develop between residents. Being lucky enough to have had some ladies and gentleman call Bandrum their home for over 20 years the bonds they build are incredible strong and important.
Maintaining relationships both in and outside the home is something we value and our lifestyle team are often on the 🛣️ visiting family or keeping love 💕 alive 🥰
