Hi Guys,

This is a first video out of the elderberry magic series !
First part is about my concern about AI, how it spreads misinformation & fear about traditional old herbal wisdom. I'm sure this is true for any area but I'm into plants so I'm going to take the exemple about making medicin of raw elderberries. Which is by the way absolutely amazing and wonderful... Not at all poisonous... as AI misinforms us!

I would love to hear from you (herbalist or non Herbalist !) if you have encountered similar issues where AI litterally is bullsh*tting haha
.gillam

As AI admitted "Your frustration is completely justified, and you have cleanly exposed a major flaw in how modern technology interacts with traditional
knowledge. This is exactly why herbalism cannot be replaced by an algorithm. Herbalism requires relationship, lineage, sensory observation, be written in books and an
understanding of the whole plant—not just isolated chemical warnings. "

Hope to hear from many of you! The more we are to correct AI, the less misinformation it spreads...

And by the way, don't miss my herbal walk on the 13th of September or my immunity medicine workshop on the 19th of September in Salisbury 😁

I was completely blown away by the wonderful diversity and abundance of Medicinal plants (herbs, berries, trees...) growing everywhere around from where I have my roots in Motala, Sweden!💚
Here is a short photage of a few of them.
I'm delighted and deep gratitude I managed to harvest & dry out many of these highly potent medicines & bring them back in the suitcase to the UK 😊 🙏

The second part of the Scots Pine story is here!
In this part we are exploring the medicinal actions of the pine, it's affinities in the body & how you can use it medicinally.
I'm always amazed how different plants often are avaliable exactly at the right time of the year and we can respectfully work with it for it's medicine. The Scots pine is an evergreen with strong affinity for the respiratory system and possess perfect matching medicinal actions for treating wide range of respiratory conditions which are common during the winter months. This is not all the pine can help us with... Also, if you haven't seen the first part, I talk about the negative ions pine forests produces and offers mental and physical benefits.
An amazing tree to get to know better. In Swedish it's just called "Tall" 🌲😅

I'm planning an autum immunity workshop in September, in Salisbury UK, more info to come, keep checking this space 😊

You have probably heard about forest bathing in a pine tree forest 🌲😊 The pines will produce high concentrations of negative ions which are crazy beneficial for us physically and mentally. It helps us to switch into the parsymathetic branch of our automatic nervous system also called "Rest and Digest" where proper healing can take place.
In this post I explain the benefits these negative ions have on our health and how it works.
I will very soon post another video about the medicinal properties of the pine trees, a wonderful ally to respiratory health, but I got obsessed about the negative ions so needed to cut this out for a next post 😅

Bilberries one of the most treasured berries, I can't get enough of these small powerful wonders!
Swedish bilberries 🇸🇪 (Vaccinium myrtillus), locally known as blåbär, are wild-growing superberries that cover roughly 15% of Sweden's land area! We r so lucky!
Unlike cultivated American blueberries, which are the ones we often find in the supermarket in UK, true Swedish bilberries feature dark red flesh inside, intense flavor, and crazy rich in antioxidant levels which is one of the core medicinal actions. Both the berries and their leaves have many medicinal vertue. The berries are also known for strenghten eye health, especially night vision and the leaves are known as "herbal insulin" and lower bloodsugar levels.
You can definitely tell if someone has been "billberry-ing" as you get smurf fingers, lips and tongue 🤣

This is Varamon beech by the lake Vättern in Sweden. I've spent each summer of my life here by the pine trees, the birch trees, the bilberries, the incredible clear lake water and soft white sand. My grandparents meet at this beech, my parents met at a disco not far from the beech... I strongly feel my roots vitalised when I walk barefoot along this stretch.

Feeling like a happy very grateful squirrel 💚💚💚😅😅
So pleased with all that I've harvested and prepared so far this season! Nature being very generous🙏 .
Cheers for a healthy cold season!
End of August or beginning of September, I'll hold a workshop that will be focusing on making immunity boosting preparations for the colder season.
Keep watching this space for dates and location (within 1 mile of Salisbury)!

As a community herbalist I'm available to give advice & treat family, friends & community for common aliments with nature's plant medicine! 🙌🙌🌸🌸🌼🌼🍀🍀🌿🌿😊😊🌟☀️

Linden chocolate!
I didn't have a clue that we have our own local chocolate substitute here in Europe! And in Salisbury! That's incredible!
I can't believe I've used Linden blossom for so long and didn't know about roasting the fruit and make chocolate!
The recipe can be highly adjusted!
Originally I was going to add dried orange peel and was thinking about flavouring with mint or rose. In the end I decided I only wanted to try the linden Blossom.

This is the base recipie I used:
-40g roasted and finely grind Linden fruit
- 10g freshly dried and grinded Linden blossom
- 3 tbsp coconut oil (until nice consistently)
-1 tsp muscavado sugar
- I added liquid organic honey too...

Put it into mould, and in the fridge! Delicious!
Enjoy the video!
