**** Tuesday 14th COVID vaccine Clinic ****

We are holding a large Covid vaccination tomorrow from 0900-1400 by appointment only. We are expecting around 400 patients to attend between those times.

We therefore ask that any visits to the surgery for other reasons eg. Dropping off samples, routine medication requests etc. are delayed until after 2pm or until another day.

For all those attending the Covid clinic tomorrow, please consider walking to the surgery where possible or allow extra time for parking.

For all other requests, please continue to call the surgery as usual tomorrow.

We are having scaffolding put up this morning at the surgery. The carpark will have reduced parking space (19th March)

If you are able to walk to the surgery for your appointment please do.

Please also allow extra time before your appointment if you are driving as parking is limited.

**** Dreaded Power Cut ****

Once again, we are experiencing a power cut at the surgery.

Unlike previous power cuts where we had a small amount of back up supply from our 2nd circuit we have lost complete power to all areas.

We are unable to function currently and so whilst we have phone lines, we cannot access our computer systems. If your request is urgent, please phone and we will try to help as best we can.

For all routine requests or medication requests please phone next week.

**** Power Cut ****

We yet again are experiencing a power cut at the surgery. Our phone lines are not working but we are taking steps to restore these.

If you have an appointment please still attend unless you hear otherwise from a member of the team.

**** Travel Vaccination Appointments ****

Please can we remind patients that they need to have their travel consultation at least 3 months prior to their travel.

We are experiencing a 4-6 week wait currently for these appointments and often vaccinations need more than one dose and can need ordering if not normally stocked.

**** Power Update ****

Sadly the power has gone out again at the Surgery. We are deploying a team to the Nadder Centre again to try and maintain a service. Please bear with us.

**** Urgent Update ****

Unfortunately we have a more serious power cut than we first thought. The electrical board say a main fuse has blown at one of their signal boxes. It won’t be fixed until 12pm at the earliest.

We will try and contact patients as we have relocated staff to the Nadder centre. Needless to say we will only be able to tackle urgent care issues this morning and probably this afternoon. We will keep you all updated. Very sorry for the inconvenience but obviously all slightly outside our control. Kind regards
