Safe Tables is a gentle, welcoming space to meet other mums who truly understand. No pressure to talk. No expectation to have it all together. Just a warm drink, kind conversation, and people who get it.

Bring your little ones if you need to—feeding, toys, naps and all are part of real life here.

Come as you are. Stay as long as you need.
Whether you need to ask questions, share your story, celebrate a win, or simply sit with people who understand—you'll be warmly welcomed.

You don't have to do this alone. 🤍

If you've been wondering where the classes have gone... here's a little update.

I'm taking a few weeks away from teaching over the summer holidays while I juggle family life and focus on getting the new studio ready. As much as I love our classes, I don't want to spread myself too thin, so it feels like the right time to pause, catch my breath, and pour my energy into creating something really special.

✨ September courses will (hopefully!) be going live on the website this week, so keep an eye out if you'd like to join us when regular classes return.

✨ And if everything goes to plan, once the studio is ready in August I'd love to run a few relaxed drop-in classes so we can test everything out together before the official launch.

In the meantime, I'd still love to keep in touch. If you fancy the odd coffee, Wild Wander, or even a last-minute park yoga session, come and join the Wild Embers WhatsApp Community. I'll pop any spontaneous plans in there over the summer, and I'd love to see some familiar faces.

Thank you, as always, for your support, patience and for being such a wonderful community. I can't wait to welcome you into our new home very soon. 🤍

✨ And that's a wrap on another beautiful postnatal course. ✨

Today our mums left feeling a little slower, a little lighter, a little more connected… and hopefully with a little more trust in their incredible bodies too. 🤍

Over the last six weeks we've explored so much more than yoga. We've talked about healing, recovery, breath, strength, connection and learning to appreciate our bodies not for how they look, but for everything they continue to do for us every single day.

This morning also marked my last Wednesday teaching at Amesbury Methodist Church. It's been my Wednesday home for the last three years, and it's hard not to feel incredibly grateful for all the families who've walked through those doors, all the tiny babies who've grown into toddlers, and all the friendships that have been made over a cuppa after class.

A huge thank you to everyone for being so understanding while I've been juggling end-of-term chaos and changing class times this week. And a very special shout out to my wonderful OG mums, who quietly stepped in, welcomed everyone and kept everything ticking along while I squeezed in the chance to watch my girlies at Sports Day. ❤️ It meant more than you know.

This is exactly what Wild Embers has always been about. Community. Kindness. Looking after one another.

I'll be taking a little break from teaching while we get Glow & Gather Maternal Wellbeing Hub ready to open, and I honestly can't wait to welcome you all into our new home very soon.

Thank you for trusting me, for sharing your journeys, and for making every Wednesday morning so special. 🌿🤍

Another beautiful Pregnancy Yoga term wrapped up 🤍🌿

Six weeks of slowing down, moving, breathing, learning, laughing, sharing and preparing for birth together.

One of my favourite things about these courses is watching the quiet shift that happens over the weeks. Mums arrive feeling unsure, overwhelmed or a little nervous about birth, and leave feeling calmer, more connected to their bodies and more confident in their ability to trust themselves.

It's never just about the yoga. It's about finding your village, sharing stories, asking questions, realising you're not alone, and having a space where you can simply be.

Thank you to this gorgeous group for letting me be part of your pregnancy journey. 💛

I'm taking a little break from teaching while we get Glow & Gather ready and navigate the summer holidays, but I can't wait to welcome you all back for some summer drop-in sessions and, before we know it, another term in September.

A special mention to the beautiful Wild Embers babies who have already made their arrival over the last few weeks... I can't wait to meet the rest of your little ones very soon. 🥹✨

You've all got this. 🤍🌿

The recent maternity reports have left many families feeling worried, and understandably so.

Before I say anything else, I want to make one thing really clear.

This isn't about midwives.

I have the privilege of working alongside so many incredible midwives and hearing, week after week, from families about the compassion, skill and dedication they've experienced. I also see just how hard midwives are working within a system that often leaves them stretched far beyond what anyone would consider safe or sustainable.

These reports don't make me trust midwives less.

They make me believe even more strongly that families need to feel informed, confident and empowered before labour begins.

Because when continuity of care is limited, appointments are rushed and the system is under pressure, your knowledge becomes one of your greatest assets.

Learn how birth works.

Understand your options.

Know your rights.

Ask questions.

Trust your instincts as well as the professionals caring for you.

Birth isn't about blindly "going with the flow." It's about making informed decisions, feeling confident in your body, and knowing you're an active participant in your care.

That is exactly why I teach Pregnancy Yoga, Birth Confidence and Hypnobirthing—not to promise a perfect birth, but to help you walk into whatever birth unfolds feeling calmer, more knowledgeable and better equipped to navigate it.

Every family deserves safe, compassionate maternity care.

Until our system can consistently provide that, I'll continue doing everything I can to help families prepare with confidence. 💛

🌿 The calm between the heatwaves... 🌿

Looks like we're being gifted a few cooler days this week, and honestly... it feels like the perfect time to press pause.

✨ A chance to stretch and move gently.
✨ Space to breathe.
✨ A hot drink and good conversation.
✨ A community that gets it.

No pressure. No expectations. Just a warm, friendly space to arrive exactly as you are (babies, feeds, nappy changes and all).

If you've been saying, "I'll book next week," this might just be your sign. 💛

Classes are running as normal this week before the temperatures climb again, so come and make the most of the cooler weather.

Head to the website to book your space – I'd love to see you. 🧡
