💎 Celebrating Our GEM Award Winner, Sarah! 💎

Sarah was nominated for this very well-deserved award by one of her fellow colleagues, following a visit to one of Sarah’s regular Clients.

The Client couldn’t stop singing Sarah’s praises, sharing how much she absolutely adores her and saying that what she is able to achieve with Sarah’s support is second to none. Her colleague also explained that this wasn’t the first time she had visited one of Sarah’s Clients and heard such wonderful feedback about the care she provides.

Sarah’s kindness, dedication and ability to build such meaningful relationships truly embody what it means to Go the Extra Mile.

💙 Expanding our expertise to provide more specialist care at home 💙

Here is Debs at the hospital, where our team received specialist tracheostomy training directly from the clinical team supporting one of our clients.

At Right at Home Salisbury & Andover, we can support clients with a range of delegated healthcare tasks, including tracheostomy care, stoma care, catheter care and PEG feeding.

By working closely with healthcare professionals and ensuring our carers receive the appropriate training and competency assessments, we can help people with more complex needs return home safely and continue living with dignity, comfort and confidence.

💙 A little thank you for our incredible care team 💙

Our carers do such an amazing job supporting their Clients, and we are incredibly proud to hear Clients and their families regularly singing their praises.

To show just how much their hard work, kindness and dedication mean to us, our management team put together these little goody bag hampers, filled with self-care treats and a few lovely bits and bobs. 🛍️✨

It is only a small gesture, but it comes with a huge thank you. We hope our carers enjoy a little well-deserved time for themselves, because they spend so much of their time caring for others.

Thank you for everything you do. We truly appreciate every single one of you! 💙

A lovely visit to one of our wonderful new clients 💙

Debs and Courtney were delighted to see him using his Right at Home pen and keeping our thermometer proudly displayed on his fridge!

He told us how helpful it has been, particularly during the recent hot weather, as it provides a simple reminder of when the temperature may become a concern and when to take extra steps to stay cool and hydrated.

It’s often the smallest things that can make a meaningful difference. What a gorgeous photo of him with Debs!
