Before joining our practice Lily started nursing in 2022.

Here are some examples of things that can stain the O-Rings on your brace.
The list is quite long but some culprits include: turmeric (which is common in curries), coffee, tomato based foods, paprika, and for those over 18: red wine and smoking/vaping.
We recommend trying to avoid these things if you are worried about staining, or choosing one of the darker coloured O-Rings that we have available.

On Saturday 4th July Kate is participating in the 26 mile Macmillan Cancer Support Mighty Walk, and on Sunday 5th July Lisa is participating in the Stars Appeal - Salisbury District Hospital's Charity 15km Walk for Wards.
