✨Lip filler isn’t always about bigger lips. Sometimes it’s simply about balance, proportion and subtle correction.

This patient came to us because she had noticed some natural asymmetry, particularly through her upper lip, where the left side had less volume than the right.

Rather than trying to create perfect symmetry, we worked with her natural lip shape, carefully replacing a small amount of volume where it was needed and adding a subtle amount to the lower lip to keep everything beautifully balanced.

Even a small amount of carefully placed filler can make such a difference. Her lips now look more balanced, softly defined and beautifully hydrated, without looking overfilled or changing what naturally makes her lips hers.

Look closely at this before and after.

This patient presented with significant lower-eye bags and skin laxity. After a course of NeoGen treatments, there is a noticeable improvement in the appearance of the lower-eye area, with the skin looking firmer, smoother and tighter.

✨It’s not just about aesthetics.

For me, being a medical practitioner means looking at the whole person, not simply the treatment area in front of me.

Sometimes an appointment leads to a much bigger conversation. I may notice a change in the skin that needs checking, recognise symptoms that deserve further investigation, raise a concern about medication, or encourage someone to speak to their GP and keep pushing for answers.

There have also been many moments where patients have simply needed someone to listen. New mums feeling overwhelmed, people struggling with hormones, stress, difficult relationships or their mental health. Sometimes the most important part of the appointment is not the treatment at all.

My role is to listen, educate, guide and support where I can, while always being honest about when something needs to be taken further.

Absolutely Aesthetics has never been about treating a face in isolation. It is about treating every patient with care, respect and a wider medical view.

✨ PRF Under Eye Rejuvenation

This lovely patient completed a course of 3 PRF treatments, spaced one month apart, and we couldn’t be happier with her results.

PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is an advanced regenerative treatment created using a small sample of your own blood. It contains a high concentration of platelets, white blood cells and growth factors, which are carefully separated and then placed into the under-eye area to support the skin’s natural rejuvenation process.

Unlike dermal filler, PRF works by encouraging your body’s own regenerative response. Over time, this can help improve skin quality, support collagen production and improve the overall appearance of the delicate under-eye area.

PRF may be suitable if you’re concerned about:

✨ Sometimes it’s not about adding more… it’s about choosing the right treatment.

This lovely patient had always been self-conscious about the profile of her nose. It was something that ran in her family, and although she’d considered different options over the years, she never felt she’d found the right solution.

When she came to see me, my priority was understanding what she wanted to achieve rather than simply adding more product.

Following a full facial assessment, I recommended a non-surgical rhinoplasty to soften the profile of her nose and create better facial balance. By carefully improving the profile, her features now appear softer, more harmonious and naturally proportioned.

As part of her overall treatment plan, we also decided to dissolve some existing lip filler. While her lips are still settling over the next couple of weeks, this will allow us to reassess everything before creating a more natural lip shape that complements her facial features.

For me, aesthetics isn’t about following trends or creating the same look for everyone.

It’s about choosing the right treatment for the right person and enhancing what is already there.

Microsclerotherapy is a highly effective treatment used to target thread veins and small spider veins on the legs, helping to create a clearer, more even appearance.
