This mental health support service is open to all people who are experiencing mental ill health who are currently in work, or looking to return to work and who live in the York or North Yorkshire area. This includes those who are self-employed.
It can also support those who are currently off sick and are struggling to return to /
remain in work

• Understanding current energy prices and cheaper tariffs

• How much common household appliances cost to run

• Practical ways to reduce energy use at home

• Support available, including grants and schemes

• How to inform suppliers about vulnerability in the home

• Ways to reduce water bills

If you receive an invitation for Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) screening. Don't hesitate to book.

This is a one off, painless ultrasound scan that measures the aorta in the tummy area.

The scan will be local to where you live, only takes 10 mins and you get the results on the day. AAA are most common in men over 65, don’t usually have symptoms and can be fatal if left undetected.

Please don’t ignore the appointment; it could save your life!
