Hypnobirthing and Birth Prep is for ALL births and we will cover labour techniques, birth rights, breathing exercises, physiology, birth planning for all circumstances and SO much more. We can’t wait to get started.

It’s amazing how many of my clients are second or third+ time mums, and I think that says a lot! 👀

I was so pleased to receive this message from a couple who I worked with recently during their third pregnancy - their experience this time around was controlled, confident and powerful. We do a lot of prep work towards the feelings surrounding a birth whatever the pathway will be, and we prepare ourselves realistically for all pathways.

Supporting families in their choices and it paying off is so so rewarding 🫶
