Introducing my new 'D' note crystal bowl ✨️🫶✨️ I'm really loving the dissonance when playing this alongside the lower 'C' note bowl....the way the sound waves bounce around really shakes things up 🙏

I use a lot more consenant/resonant intervals when playing thses bowls to help ease people into a state of relaxation but embracing dissonance can add that bit of magic we all need sometimes to go a little deeper 🧡

What a beautiful morning for a Summer Solstice Gong Bath ☀️ the breeze was flowing into the studio to dance with the sound waves as we focused our attention on what brings light into our lives 🧡

I'll be back at in September for an Autumn Equinox special...but lets not think about Autumn yet 😂
