At Griffiths & Booth, we know that grief, loss and difficult life experiences can sometimes leave people feeling overwhelmed, isolated or without hope. There is no shame in asking for help, and you don’t have to face those feelings alone.

💙 National Grief Awareness Day 💙

Today we take a moment to recognise grief and the many different ways it can affect us.

Grief has no set timeline and there is no right or wrong way to grieve. It can bring sadness, anger, loneliness, confusion — and sometimes moments of comfort and happiness too. 🕊️

Grief doesn’t simply disappear with time; we learn to carry our loss while finding a way forward. 🤍

Today, we remember those we have lost and send our thoughts to everyone navigating their own journey through grief.

If someone you know is grieving, never underestimate the importance of simply being there — listening, remembering and reminding them they are not alone. ❤️

There is no right way to grieve. There is only your way.

🐾 Happy International Dog Day! 🐾

What better way to celebrate than with a visit from this gorgeous collie, who came to see us at Griffiths & Booth with his owner, one of our wonderful celebrants. ❤️

His lovely nature and very waggy tail brought a little extra warmth and joy to the day, and we were more than happy to have some four-legged company in the office!

We’re always pleased to welcome our furry friends, and we think this handsome boy may have just earned himself an honorary place on the Griffiths & Booth team. 🐶💐

Happy International Dog Day to all the wonderful dogs — and their humans — out there! ❤️

💔 Farewell, Dolly Parton

Today we say farewell to a true icon.

Dolly was so much more than a legendary singer and songwriter. Her warmth, wit, generosity and kindness touched generations, both through her music and the countless lives she helped.

From Jolene and 9 to 5 to I Will Always Love You, her songs will remain part of our lives for years to come. 🎶

Thank you, Dolly, for the music, the memories and the magic. ❤️
