Achilles pain can be frustrating, but it doesn’t always mean you need to stop moving.

In many cases, the tendon has become overloaded and needs a gradual, structured strengthening programme rather than prolonged rest.

If you’ve been struggling with pain at the back of your heel or ankle, getting the right diagnosis and rehab plan can make all the difference.

Have you ever experienced Achilles pain? Let me know in the comments!

Biomechanics is simply the way your body moves.

But movement isn’t as simple as good or bad.

Two people can move completely differently and still be pain free.

Pain is complex — biomechanics can play a role, but it’s rarely the whole story.

The goal isn’t perfect movement.
The goal is finding what works for you.

Recovery isn’t always a straight line.

Good days, bad days, setbacks and progress all happen along the way.

The key is staying consistent and trusting the process 👊

Nobody is perfectly aligned.

Our bodies adapt over time through training, work, injuries and everyday life.

Small asymmetries are completely normal — and they don’t automatically mean pain or dysfunction.

The focus shouldn’t be chasing “perfect posture”… it should be improving movement, strength and recovery.

Move better. Feel better. 👊

Ever wondered why one side always feels tighter than the other?

It’s completely normal.

Your body adapts to how you move every day — training habits, posture, old injuries and dominance all play a role.

Tightness is often your body’s way of compensating for something else.

The goal isn’t perfect symmetry… it’s better movement and balance.

Training breaks the body down.
Recovery is where it rebuilds stronger.

Without proper recovery, performance drops, fatigue builds and injury risk increases.

Sleep, nutrition, movement and recovery work all play a huge role in progress.

Train hard — but recover smart too.
