As Spirit of Reiki Practitioners & Gendai Reiki Practitioners and Masters we “Practice” to be in resonance with Reiki in the Great Universe. We journey inward to vibrate as Anshin Ritsumei (Peaceful Mind) and be in the resonance of Reiki each moment in life.

We “Uplevel” the resonance from being “mind”ful to the natural state of be-ing, Relaxed.

We understand the purpose of Level III is to elevate our spiritual nature from doubt to no doubt. We vow through Self-Healing Giho to evolve from fear based stuck in the muddy mind, to acceptance of life as it is and ourself as we are.

It's now 2026, I trust myself, my Path, my growth.

The Innate Reiki Spirit of Self-healing and Self-Realization took me, on a journey that would have me face my mortality. My journey was through the teachings inherent in my "having a Stroke" and having "Open Heart Surgery" This journey took me deeply inside my heart & mind where I healed residual childhood wounds still reactivated in adulthood by button pushing phenomena, people, places, & especially in my committed relationships.

The inner journey of being present to my Self-healing and being in acceptance of seriously life threatening dis-ease, resolved blockages in the flow of Reiki in my Mind/Body. Energy that was blocked flows again.

The healing reaction to the release of energy blockages over the following two years from Surgery stripped away old, no longer needed aspects of a wounded Inner Child's reactive personality.

I began to withdraw from Japan's Organized Reiki, realizting through Innate Reiki that Reiki cannot be Standardized. It is the indwelling I AM That I AM.
Rei-Consciousness. Ki-life force energy made manifest.
Reiki consciousness is Self-Realized and from that consciousness we act. Usui sensei was Self-Realized. He shared a map for our Self-Realization. Its withIn in the 5 Precepts, Interpretted by me as "Today I am anger free. I am worry free. I am full of gratitude, I am honest in my duty , and I am kind to all others."

I am full of gratitude; and in order to live in honesty, in my duty as a Reiki Shihan, I have withdrawn from "Reiki Organizations" with Company Rules & Regulations. I choose to resonate with the ebb & flow of Life Energy for my own Integrity as an Aspirant as well as a Teacher. Trying to claim Reiki into a Tradition or Organization no longer supports my Self-Realization.

I gratefully give credit to the "Traditions" I followed to be where I find mySelf today. Amrit Yoga, and Gendai Reiki. Each held Major importance along my journey to be all that I am, guided by the Innate Spirit of Reiki. I am grateful for my Teachers .

I am grateful for being alive today as the World Reiki Community transitions from one outdated paradigm, the outer authoritarian paradigm, to the new paradigm, the impersonal inner-self paradigm. Both Traditions held the intention for we students to find Self-Realization. Im an Old 80 year experienced Aspirant so I experienced the Hierarchy Paradigm shift for me. I am no longer stuck in past authoritarian ways. Its called Evolution :-)

“Reiki” is a transformational & therapeutic utilization of Ki, the very life force energy within AII, and around All of life.
Like Audrey’s study in Japan’s modern method of Transmission ‘Gendai Reiki Ho’, (gendai means “modern”) It is a method of healing the mind first, from which the healing of the body naturally follows.
It is the impersonal Self-Awakening of the dormant Reiki (dormant within all Humans) that was prompted and nudged to wake up by Audrey's Spiritual Teachers that inspired her own spiritual elevation and confidence in her Life Saving Reiki Self-Healing applications, complimenting the skilled Surgeon's hands.
This Home Study Course is an introduction, an evolution springing from Audrey’s study and practice in several Spiritual Schools of Reiki, Western, Yogic, Japanese.
She makes available this Introductory Home Study to offer correction on the mistaken, perhaps misunderstood pronouncements seen posted on Facebook various ‘Reiki Groups’.
While we encourage Self-Understanding, we mostly encourage “proper training” as Doi sensei encourages and taught before he recently retired.
