☀️ Stay Safe in the Heat ☀️

💧 Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

👒 Wear light clothing and use suncream when outdoors.

🏠 Keep cool by closing curtains and avoiding the hottest part of the day (11am–3pm).

❤️ Carers: Encourage regular drinks and check clients are comfortable and not overheating.

⚠️ Watch for signs of heat exhaustion such as dizziness, headache, nausea, or unusual tiredness.
Stay cool, stay hydrated, and take care of one another.
