I love this person! She speaks out for the scapegoated person and the way social groups can work. Whether this is friendship groups, work or commonly families.

The impact of abuse, scapegoating and narcissistic tendencies in social and emotional settings is damaging.

This can be made worse by those who stand back and go along with it, who don't question the narrative. Just because some one is the one standing alone/pushed out does not make them the problem. The 'no smoke without fire' saying is a convenient way of victim blaming.
