🎤 I was delighted to be invited to Lonsdale School to speak to all members of staff about my story, and the message behind Para Is Power. It was a real privilege to share my experiences and most importantly, talk about just how important the work they do every single day is.

Working with children and young people with disabilities is about so much more than providing support. The encouragement, belief and opportunities you give them can have an impact that lasts a lifetime.

My name is Miller, and I was born with Cerebral Palsy. I’ve gone from using a wheelchair full-time to now no longer needing splints, thanks to strength and conditioning. I know first-hand how challenging life with a disability can be.

I run a PT business called Para is Power, creating a supportive space where disabled people can build strength in both body and mind.
We break down barriers in fitness and show that disability and strength go hand in hand.

My mission is simple: help people move better, get stronger, and feel proud of their power.

and we are back….. SEND Summer half term camp🚨

After a phenomenal response to our first camp, Goal Getters SEN Football Coaching and ParaIsPower are teaming up once again to deliver another SEND Summer Holiday Sports Camp🔥

A fun, inclusive environment for children of all disabilities and conditions aged 4–16, packed with games, activities, skill-building, confidence boosting, and opportunities to make new friends.

📅 3-day camp
📍 Ivel School, SG18 0NL
⏰ 9:00am – 2:00pm
💷 £25 per day or £65 for all 3 days

May Half term SEND Camp! What a day it was!

Being able to give these inspirational children and young adults, an opportunity to exercise, participate in different sports and most importantly socialise and make friends, in an inclusive environment.

The day was an absolute success, and this is only the beginning. More to come 🔜
