Sarah is a natural therapy practitioner with a wealth of clinical experience, practising a varied range of therapies and offering a wide portfolio of trainings. Sarah teaches all levels of Usui and Karuna Reiki, as well as Reiki Drumming work

shops which she introduced into the UK in 2007. An addition to her Reiki courses is the wonderful Usui Reiki Kotodama Workshop which is held annually. An experienced Sound Healer, Sarah runs regular community sound baths and teaches the popular Sacred Sound & Light Immersion Workshop as well as the CMA accredited Harmony of the Spheres Gong Master Practitioner Training. Sarah holds a variety of residential retreats in beautiful locations around the UK including the annual Summer Solstice Reiki Retreat - Exploring Your Divine Potential and the Celtic New Year Retreat (The Ancestral Resonance Process TM) - Honouring the Ancestors and Healing The Ancestral Line Sound Healing Retreat. Sarah is the Founder of the three-day healing experience, The Akasha Process™ and The Akasha Process™ Practitioner Training, having channelled the teachings for herself in 2022 and realising that they were meant for the general public and spiritual community at large. Sarah facilitates a regular monthly Reiki share in Sawbridgeworth, East Herts which is based on traditional Usui Reiki but also incorporates Western and Shamanic Reiki practise. Sarah and Reiki Drum offer occasional ad hoc spiritual development workshops.

The Akasha Process

What if your Reiki journey could take you into something deeper?

The Akasha Process is a deep, four-day transformational process exploring the layers that shape who we are, where we have come from, and our potential for where we are going.

Over the four days, we explore:
✨ Limiting beliefs
✨ Past lives and past-life vows
✨ Soul contracts
✨ Healing through the Akashic Records
✨ Karma and the shadow self
✨ Future-self potential and your sacred mission

The work is experienced through drum journeying, meditation, group drumming, shamanic practice, sacred ceremony and sound healing.

Across the four days, you also receive four empowerments, one held each day, supporting the journey through the process.

Anyone can attend the four-day workshop.
It is an opportunity to experience the Akasha Process for yourself, deepen your understanding and discover whether you feel called to take this work further and work with others.

The Next Step

For Reiki Masters who are also Reiki Drumming practitioners, there is the opportunity to continue into a year-long mentorship programme.

Through mentorship, case studies and practical experience, you deepen your understanding and develop the confidence to work with others.

On completion, you qualify as a CMA-accredited Akasha Process Practitioner, enabling you to offer one-to-one sessions and workshops for groups.
And if your students later wish to learn and deliver the work themselves, there is a pathway to become a licensed Akasha Process Teacher through my school.

This isn’t simply another course.

It’s a journey of deepening, practice, personal development and discovery.

Before sound healing and drumming became such a central part of my work, Reiki was one of the practices that shaped my understanding of energy, healing and connection.

For me, Reiki has always been a journey of remembering , a pathway into deeper awareness, compassion and a greater sense of unity with ourselves and the world around us.

Reiki is love; a divine embrace that guides us towards understanding oneness and the depths of knowing the self.

Through spiritual and personal development, we begin to recognise the soul’s journey as a sacred dance of growth, connection and transformation.

I am delighted to be offering a Level One Reiki Training next month in a beautiful, high vibrational space on the Herts and Essex borders.

This beautiful first step into Reiki introduces you to the practice of channeling healing energy, working with yourself and others, and developing a deeper relationship with your own intuition.

Whether you are completely new to Reiki, or feel called to reconnect with a practice you once explored, you are warmly welcome.

You will be supported during this two-day training by myself. I have had thirty years practical experience of sharing Reiki professionally in sessions and classes.

Why do we drum? It’s a question I’m often asked.

After more than 30 years of working with energy medicine and twenty with the drum, I’ve come to see that its greatest gift isn’t simply the rhythm we hear, but the intention we bring to it.
For thousands of years, the drum has been woven into healing, ceremony and spiritual practice across many cultures. In my own work, it is never merely about performance. It is about creating a sacred container, a rhythm that invites us to become present, to journey inward and to connect more deeply with ourselves.

When intention, presence and the drum come together, they create an opportunity to pause, to listen and to remember.

This philosophy is woven through everything I offer, whether we’re exploring the Akashic Records, honouring our ancestors, or learning to work with the drum as practitioners in our Shamanic Reiki and Reiki Drumming classes.

Wildflower Wisdom

I had a beautiful walk through the paths today at Holkham Beach. As I walked I found myself watching the wildflowers dancing in the summer breeze.

Not one was trying to be another.

The daisy wasn’t wishing it was a poppy.

The buttercup wasn’t comparing itself to the foxglove.

Each one simply expressed the beauty of what it was created to be.

It made me wonder how much of our lives we spend comparing ourselves to others.

Believing we should be further ahead.
More successful.
More confident.
More healed.

Yet nature doesn’t measure itself against anyone else. It simply trusts its own timing and its own purpose.

Perhaps our journey is the same.

Perhaps healing isn’t about becoming someone different.

Perhaps it’s about remembering who we truly are beneath the expectations, the fear and the old stories.

So today, let the wildflowers remind you of something...

You don’t have to bloom like anyone else.

You simply have to bloom as you.
