Our next Promote Positive Behaviour (Level 3) course is now open for enrolment.

This nationally recognised unit forms part of the TQUK Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care and equips learners with the knowledge and practical skills to understand behaviour as communication, identify triggers, contribute to effective PBS plans, and promote positive outcomes for the people they support.

Join NAPPI UK for a practical one-day showcase introducing our Reducing Resistance to Essential Care (RREC) programme. Designed for professionals working across health, social care, elderly care and dementia services, this event explores how RREC can help reduce distress, strengthen staff confidence and support safer, more dignified care outcomes.

For current NAPPI onsite trainers:
The non-physical RREC modules will be added to your trainer accounts ready for in-house delivery.

For organisations new to NAPPI:
This is an opportunity to explore developing internal trainers or commissioning training directly through NAPPI uk.

When a Participants Birthday gives the whole course the a chance to celebrate the moments that matter. 🎉

This week we discovered it was Kate's birthday, so of course there had to be cake! 🎂

A simple celebration, lots of smiles, and a lovely reminder that creating meaningful connections is an important part of the support that teams provide every day.

🗣 "After spending time over the weekend and reflecting on last weeks NAPPI training, I wanted to share some thoughts, on what was a sensational week.

From day one the trainers went out of their way, to encourage and support the participants while still maintaining the pacing of the course. Throughout the course the safety, comfort and ability of the participants was managed so well. Harri and Matt really should be commended for their efforts; they spoke openly and with experience about what is a difficult topic at times and still managed to make the course fun and informative.

NAPPI training has enabled me to approach my client’s needs in a new, and more effective way, centring them and their needs not just in the day to day but across our organisation from the top down.

Finishing the week with the presentation from someone with lived experience (of being supported by the NAPPI PBS Model) on Friday, demonstrated so clearly that when done right NAPPI can radically improve the lives of those we work for and with.

I would recommend this training for all staff working with any clients not just those with behaviours that concern.
