Hi, I’m Ele, a fully qualified and accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor. I offer in-person therapy in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, and online therapy with clients throughout the UK. Therapy with me is a collaborative, relational process, which means we create it together. My focus is on building a space where you can feel safe enough to be curious about the parts of yourself that may feel hurt
, lost, defended, ashamed, or stuck. You don’t need a diagnosis or a fixed goal to begin therapy. We can start where you are and move at your pace. You might be coming to therapy feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Or perhaps something specific has happened, like a loss, a rupture, or a life change that’s left you unsure how to move forward. My work is informed by both my training and my own lived experiences, and I aim to hold space that is inclusive, trauma-aware, and neurodiversity-affirming.
