Thank you to everyone who was so understanding this morning and who didn’t hesitate to rearrange their appointment after Jerry’s very nasty field injury which occurred overnight. The prognosis is 2 to 3 months box rest (stabled) and hope the joint doesn’t get infected which we don’t want to even think about 😭😭. If I take a little longer to respond to messages please bear with me. All other appointments will go ahead as planned. Thanks again Annie ###

Good morning everyone. I’d like to introduce you to Finn the Pheasant. He’s our new guy welcoming you to Bramble Cottage. He lives in the front garden and moves around quite a bit. Have fun trying to find him when you come to visit. ###

Seems crazy to be saying this in England but we will be keeping a very close eye on the weather with this extreme heat warning in place for the week. We do have air con and fans in the cabin but it can still get quite warm. If you are not a lover of the hot weather and wish to swap your appointment to another date please let us know. Likewise if it becomes too hot later in the week, we may have to close and rearrange your appointment. Our clients well being will always come first. . Please look after your health, stay cool, stay hydrated, slap on the sunscreen if going outdoors and follow the health warnings on the telly during this hot weather.

Please not that at the moment we will be open as normal.
