Five years ago, we started this journey together.

There have been plenty of moments where we could have walked away. Trying to balance our personal lives, work, and everything that comes with running this has sometimes felt overwhelming. I (Dom) even stepped away for a while a couple of years ago, thinking it was the right thing to do.

But there has always been something that has pulled us back.

Because this is bigger than us.

We do this to honour the pals we've lost, to raise awareness for mental health, and to let people know they're never alone.

Now, as The BTS Collective, we're back on the up and doing what we do best.

This is only the beginning of the next chapter.

Big things are coming.💚💚

Today marks 5 years since the inception of Break The Stigma. What started as just 4 lads with a vision to make a difference has grown into something we could only have dreamed of.

We’ve had our fair share of highs and lows over the years. In fact, this time last year we were on the verge of calling it a day. But your support, your messages, and your belief in what we stand for kept us going when we needed it most.

Because of you, we’re still here — stronger, louder, and more determined than ever.

Now, we move forward as The BTS Collective 💙
