Self care isn’t a luxury it’s a necessity.

We need to take care of our mind, our bodies and meet our human needs. 🌿

I’ve had a fabulous day relaxing at a beautiful spa called Eden Hall with my daughter.

Relaxing, fresh air, excellent food and quality time with loved ones.

Many people don’t need to learn how to love.

They need to unlearn what they were taught love was.

If love meant walking on eggshells…
If it meant earning affection…
If it meant being ignored, criticised or abandoned…
Your nervous system may have mistaken survival for love.

Healing isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about recognising that what hurt you was never the definition of love in the first place.

When your definition of love changes, your relationships change.
Your boundaries change.
The way you see yourself changes.

That’s where transformation begins.

💙if this spoke to you, save it for the days you need reminding.

Living with chronic illness or M.E. Can slowly change the way you see yourself.

You may find yourself grieving the life you had, feeling guilty for what you can’t do, or wondering if anyone truly understands how exhausting every day can be.

Healing isn’t always about making symptoms disappear.

Sometimes, healing is learning how to stop fighting yourself.
To let go of guilt.
To rebuild confidence.
To find ways of living that feel meaningful again.

Jane offers a compassionate space for people living with chronic illness, chronic fatigue and M.E., helping you process the emotional impact of long-term health conditions while working towards a life that feels more manageable and fulfilling.

Sessions are available online or face-to-face, so support is accessible in the way that works best for you.

You don’t have to navigate this journey alone.

We don’t always repeat what was good for us.
We often repeat what was familiar.

When love was inconsistent, conditional or painful, your nervous system can mistake those feelings for connection.

The good news? Patterns can be understood. And what can be understood can begin to change.

Can you recognise a pattern today?

If you would like to work on these or similar issues, please get in touch with us.

An absent father doesn’t always leave an empty chair.

Sometimes he leaves an empty space inside.

Whether he was physically absent or emotionally unavailable, many people grow up believing they weren’t important enough, loveable enough, or enough at all.

The truth is, these beliefs weren’t facts. They were survival conclusions made by a child’s mind trying to make sense of something they couldn’t control.

These early wounds can quietly shape relationships, self-worth, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and the fear of being rejected.

Healing isn’t about blaming the past. It’s about understanding how it still affects you, so it no longer defines you.

Sometimes it isn’t today’s situation that’s overwhelming you… it’s the old belief it awakened.

Healing isn’t just about managing triggers.
It’s about healing the core wound beneath them.

Which core wound do you think shows up most for you?

Sometimes the mind can’t explain what the body already knows.

You can tell yourself you are fine.
Yet your stomach knots.
Your shoulders tense.
You can’t relax.
You feel on edge without knowing why.

Our nervous system often notices danger long before our conscious mind understands it.

Healing isn’t about ignoring these signals. It’s about learning to listen to them with curiosity rather than fear.

If this feels familiar, you’re not alone.
