🌟🌟🌟The Mindful Hour🌟🌟🌟
♥️Thank you so much for this beautiful feedback(below)♥️🙏
♥️These sessions are becoming popular and I never take it for granted how important and humbling it is to hold space for others to PAUSE, BREATHE and be with themselves through the messy, mixed up world we call life.
♥️Becoming Mindful and learning to meditate can be awkward, uncomfortable, frustrating but understanding that you are NOT your thoughts and you're in charge of how you react and respond to everything that goes on in your life is EMPOWERING.
💡Lots of lightbulb moments and realisations last night 🌙 ✨️
NEXT DATE WEDNESDAY 23RD SEPTEMBER
6-7pm Eagle building.

'I am so very grateful for attending your mindful hour in the most beautiful and tranquil space.
In the midst of bereavement, when grief feels heavy and sleep feels distant, I’m discovering the gentle power of simply coming back to my breath, to my body, to the present moment.
I have practiced the breathwork and body scanning techniques to find moments of calm when my emotions rise, triggers appear, and difficult moments when feeling overwhelmed.
Last night, I slept deeply and woke from the most beautiful dreams. A small reminder that even in the midst of grief, there can still be moments of peace, softness and light.
I’m learning that healing doesn’t mean forgetting or moving on. Sometimes, it simply means learning how to breathe, embracing the memories and being gentle with myself along the way.
Grateful for stillness.
Grateful for breath.
Grateful for healing, one moment at a time.'
