CONSISTENCY.........looks alot like this 🩷

You cannot expect to have a treatment once a year and get the same result as someone who comes 3 to 4 times a year.

Everyone is different, variables like weight, metabolism, skin quality, age, lifestyle factors, medication etc can all impact outcomes but huge gaps in treatment or waiting 'until things got really bad' really stop the achievement of consistent results.

Botox injections are ideally 3 to 4 monthly
Skin Boosters 4 to 5 monthly
Polyneucleotides 4 to 6 weekly until maintenance
Fillers as and when required but 1ml does not go far
Monthly peels
Medical skincare
SPF
Hydration
Good Nutrition & Supplements

And, the list goes on & on & on .....

Being consistent will always give you the best outcomes.

That dreaded question 🙃

" Will I bruise? followed with the comment "I have never bruised before"

Unfortuneately marks,lumps,bumps,swelling & bruising are the most common 'side effect' of Aesthetics treatments - which is why we always ask if you have any events coming up so we can plan around those. It is not always possible to conceal a treatmemt from partners/family as the risk of a mark is very high.

If you have exercised, showered and rushed about before your appointment-if you just are a very vascular person-if your skin is very thin- what you eat/drink-medication & supplements can all impact the chances of a mark or bruise.

It isn't the sign of a bad injector, it is just to be expected & if it doesn't then that is a bonus 😊
